Book Review: The Painted Castle by Kristy Cambron

Genre: Historical fiction

Publisher: Thomas Nelson

Pub date: 15 October 2019

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book isn’t released until October but I really enjoyed it so was pretty excited to publish my review!

Three females across three eras:

Elizabeth in the Victorian 1840’s, Amelia in the 1940’s and Kiera in the present day.

All of these females have links to a mystery.

This is the first book I’ve read by Cambron and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The characters really draw you in which was something I didn’t expect with there being three stories in one so that was a pleasant surprise and completely the result of a very talented author. I think my favourites were Amelia and Wyatt I just loved their story.

This book has mystery, romance and even a twist or two to enjoy!

I will definitely be looking forward to reading more from Cambron!

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
